LGJ-50F Vacuum Freeze Dryer (standard type)
LGJ-50F Freeze Dryer is suitable for a small amount production, or pilot scale test. This series is one of our patent products.
This series of dryers have heating shelf. Freezing and drying process are finished in same place. It changes the traditional
complicated operation and prevents product from pollution.
Main Features
l With heating shelf and PID control standard, with programmable function
l With organic glass observation window, the whole process is easy to see
l 32 groups programme can be stored, each programme can be set up 36 segments
l The shelf temperature accuracy is ≤ 1℃
l Silicon oil fills hollow shelves, with most uniform shelf temperature ,consistent and
repeatable drying
l Big touch screen LCD display, English interface, display of drying curves
l Internal surface of rectangular chamber and product tray are constructed of stainless steel
l Air-let-in valve with nitrogen is available
l Eutectic point test device is optional
