Laboratory magnetic stirrer is a reactor that uses magnetic stirring. It can stir alone or heat and stir at the same time. It is now widely used in laboratories of various universities and colleges, environmental protection, scientific research, health, petroleum, metallurgy, chemical industry, medical and other industries.
Selection rules for magnetic stirrers:
1. Select the type of stirrer according to process conditions, stirring purpose and requirements;
2. Select the type of magnetic stirrer according to motor power, stirring speed and process conditions.
3. Select the type of magnetic stirrer according to stirring volume, working temperature and working pressure.
4. Consider the relevant support and vibration resistance conditions to determine whether to configure auxiliary support.
The magnetic stirrer is suitable for liquids or solid-liquid mixtures with low viscosity. It uses the principles of magnetic field and vortex to put the liquid into the container and then put the stirring bar into the liquid at the same time. When the base generates a magnetic field, it drives the stirring bar to move in a circular motion to achieve the purpose of stirring the liquid.
