The centrifuge is a machine that uses centrifugal force to separate liquids from solid particles or components in a mixture of liquids and liquids. As a solid-liquid separation device, the vibration of the centrifuge is one of the important indicators to measure the performance of the centrifuge. So how to reduce the vibration of the centrifuge during operation in daily use?
The vibration reduction of the centrifuge machine during operation can be achieved by active vibration reduction and passive vibration reduction. Active vibration reduction means that the working speed of the centrifuge machine is far away from the critical speed of the rotating system in the design. Passive vibration reduction means that various types of vibration absorbers are used to separate the possible vibration from the frame and foundation.
1. Design the main shaft bearing seat into a flexible vibration reduction type;
2. The main shaft and the motor are flexibly connected;
3. The entire drive system is flexibly connected to the frame.
Rubber vibration absorbers can generally meet the vibration reduction requirements of high-speed centrifuges. When the vibration absorber structure is fixed, the greater the rubber hardness, the higher the critical speed of the system. Vibration absorbers with too low hardness cannot meet the strength requirements and are easily damaged.
