The atomic absorption spectrophotometer is a commonly used analytical instrument for measuring the concentration of specific metal elements in a sample. It features high sensitivity, accuracy, and selectivity, and is widely used in environmental monitoring, food safety, biomedicine, metallurgy, and other fields.

Laboratory requirements for atomic absorption spectrometer installation:
1. The laboratory environment must be relatively clean and anti-corrosive. The indoor temperature should be kept at 5℃~30℃ and the relative humidity should be less than 70%.
2. The test bench where the instrument is placed should be stable and flat, and it is recommended to adopt a reinforced concrete structure. There should be a passageway with a width of about 0.6m behind the experimental platform for for one person to pass through. The length and width of the experimental platform are 2.8m×0.8m. Open a through-hole with a diameter of 0.15m.
3. Power supply, water source and air source:
Flame atomic absorption | Power supply | 220V±10%, 50Hz single-phase AC power supply 1000W, 4-6 three-core sockets |
Gas source | An acetylene gas cylinder with a purity of 99.6%
Atomic absorption with graphite furnace | Power supply | Provide 220V±10%, 50Hz, 6000W single-phase AC power separately, and no other equipment can be connected to this line |
Gas source | An argon (Ar) steel cylinder with a purity of 99.99%
Water source | Generally clean tap water source or circulating cooling water source, the flow rate is not less than 2.5 liters/min (cooling water circulation machine can also be used) |
