Internal calibration and External calibration for electronic balance

Electronic balance with Internal calibration:

1, Balance should be preheated,  the time is about 2-3 hours.

2, The balance should be horizontal, otherwise you must adjust good.

3, If without weighing items, the balance should show the stability of the zero position.

4, Press "CAL" key, the internal calibration function starting balance, later electronic balance display "C", said the ongoing internal calibration.

5, When the electronic balance display to zero position, the electronic balance should have been calibrated. If an error occurs in the correction, electronic balance display will show "Err", shows the time is very short, should be clear, re correction.

Electronic balance with External calibration:

1, Balance should be .preheating more than 30 minutes.

2, Balance should be in the state level.

3, Balance disc without weighing items should be stable display zero position.

4, Press "CAL" key, the calibration function starting balance.

5.External calibration weights value display , balance display.

6, Will meet the standard weight precision on said disc balance.

7, When the display of electronic balance is constant, the correction work outside has been completed, the standard weight out.

8, Balance zero in a stand-by state. If an error occurs in the correction, electronic balance display will show "Err", shows the time is very short, should be clear, re correction
